Terms of service

Wealth Global Markets (“the platform”, “we”) provides a paper-trading simulator: software that lets you practise placing orders on crypto, forex, commodities, indices and stocks using virtual funds against live, reference and simulated market data.

The platform is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser or custodian. It does not execute orders in any real market and never holds client money for trading.

Every balance, position, order, fill, profit and loss shown in the app is simulated. Virtual funds have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be paid in, paid out, transferred between people, sold or redeemed for money, crypto or anything else — under any circumstances.

Virtual balances change only through simulated trading (fills, simulated fees and slippage) and portfolio resets. We may reset practice portfolios to the standard starting balance, for example to correct a fault; we never set or edit an individual balance or trade.

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person may hold one account. Automated or abusive use (including attempts to overload market-data endpoints) is not allowed.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and you can close your account at any time by contacting support@wealthglobal.local.

Prices may be live, derived from daily reference rates, delayed or simulated, and each is labelled in the app. Data is provided “as is” and may contain errors or gaps. Simulated projections do not guarantee actual returns.

Nothing on the platform — including market data, investment simulator projections, analytics or support replies — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Read the risk disclosure before making real financial decisions.

• Do not present simulated results as real trading performance, or use them to solicit money from others.
• Do not use a public handle or support messages to harass others or to advertise investment offers.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with the service.

We work to keep the platform available and accurate but provide it without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on simulated results or market data, or from interruptions to the service. Our total liability relating to paid plans is limited to the amount you paid for the plan period concerned.
