Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

1.What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, a public handle, password (stored only as a salted hash), and the country, display currency and timezone you choose.
  • Simulator activity: practice portfolios, orders, fills, watchlists and resets — all virtual.
  • Support and notifications: ticket messages you send and in-app notifications we create for you.
  • Billing records: for paid plans, the plan, price, status and payment references returned by our processor. We never see or store wallet keys or recovery phrases.
  • Security data: IP address and browser user agent on sign-in sessions and audit entries, used to protect accounts and investigate abuse.

2.How we use it

  • To run your account, the investment simulator and market data features.
  • To send service emails: verification, password resets and ticket replies.
  • To send product emails, only if you leave that preference switched on in settings.
  • To keep the platform secure: rate limiting, fraud prevention and an audit log of staff actions.

3.What others can see

Your name and email address are never shown publicly. Only your handle and country are visible to other signed-in users.

4.Service providers

  • Resend delivers transactional emails and receives your email address and the message content.
  • Market-data sources (such as Binance’s public API and published FX reference rates) are called from our servers; your personal data is not shared with them.

5.Cookies and storage

We use one essential, http-only session cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser’s local storage remembers interface preferences such as theme and sidebar state. Wealth Global Markets does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6.Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account is open. Expired sessions and one-time tokens are purged automatically. Billing and audit records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, security or legal obligations.

You can update most details in settings. To request a copy of your data, a correction or deletion of your account, contact support@wealthglobal.local. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

7.Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change and show the revision date above. Privacy questions: support@wealthglobal.local.
